During my stay, the hotel offered excellent service with helpful guides to explore the area. Emily, in particular, was very pleasant to work with. The location was convenient for accessing main tourist spots, with a nearby metro station, although safety concerns exist due to the homeless problem. The dining experience was underwhelming with very simple options for breakfast. The rooms near the construction site were outdated, but the one we stayed in was average. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
